Temporary Hotel Closure | 9 Nov – 5 Dec 2025
Dear guests, Hotel Olympie will be closed from 9 November to 5 December 2025 due to technical maintenance and preparations for the winter season.
We sincerely thank you for an amazing summer season! Your satisfaction is our greatest reward.

Cancellation of reservation and refunds
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the chosen rate and will be communicated to the guest at the time of booking.
Generally, guests can cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the planned arrival date without incurring any cancellation fees.
Guests are required to pay a 30% deposit of the total reservation amount at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The deposit will be charged to the guest's credit card. The remaining balance of the reservation is due upon arrival at the hotel.
If the reservation is canceled within 14 days of the planned arrival date, the hotel will refund the 30% deposit to the guests.
If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will retain the 30% deposit as a cancellation fee.
In case of a no-show or early departure after check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation, including all applicable taxes and fees.
By making a reservation at the hotel, guests confirm that they have read the above cancellation policies, understand them, and agree to them.
